Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 oz. ham, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. chopped green onions (may use green pepper instead)
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
Add ham, cheese, onions and white pepper.
Mix to distribute ingredients evenly.
Pour mixture into 10-inch raw pie shell. Cook approximately 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
