Oriental Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork steaks, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. celery, cut up
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can of water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add celery, onions, soups and water. Add rice. Mix.
    Pour in ungreased casserole (3-quart).
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
    (I use 10-inch casserole.)
    Top with chopped cashews or I use chow mein noodles.
