Easy Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
crackers
Preparation

Drain clams (reserve juice).
Combine all ingredients except clam juice and crackers.
Blend.
Gradually add about 2 tablespoons clam juice.
Beat.
Chill.
Serve with crackers.
