Irish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    2/3 c. dry red wine
    1/2 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    2 small bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. cubed, boneless beef chuck
    6 carrots, sliced
    4 ribs celery, sliced
    2 onions, quartered
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Using a 5 to 6-quart Dutch oven, mix tomatoes, wine, broth, tapioca, sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, bay leaves and pepper.
    Stir in the beef.
    Add carrots, celery and onions.
    Cover and bake about 3 hours, stirring twice.
    Add mushrooms and mustard.
    Bake another 10 minutes.
    Serves 8.
