Vegetable-Bean Stew With Couscous - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil or salad oil
    2 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a small pan, combine olive oil or salad oil, ground red pepper (cayenne), ground cumin, garlic and salt.
    Cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until ingredients are well blended (5 minutes).
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Makes about 1/2 cup.
