Kay'S Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. crawfish tails
3 bell peppers
3 onions
3 blocks butter
3 stalks celery
4 cloves garlic
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 cup flour
1 pt. half and half
1 lb. Kraft jalapeno cheese
1 lb. noodles
Grated American and parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
Preparation

Melt butter, saute chopped onions, bell pepper and celery. Add garlic, parsley and crawfish.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add flour, half and half,
and cheese.
After cheese melts, cook on low about 20 minutes.
Cook noodles and toss with crawfish mixture.
Place in casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
