Strawberry Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 large strawberries
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Remove stems from the berries, forming a flat base.
    Place berries on a plate, pointed end up.
    With a sharp knife, carefully make 6 evenly spaced cuts to within a quarter inch of the base (be careful not to slice through the base).
    Pull petals slightly apart.
    Beat the cream cheese, sugar and sour cream until fluffy. Using a pastry bag or small spoon, fill the strawberry flowers with the cream cheese mixture.
    Use as a garnish or mini dessert.
