Breakfast Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 medium tart apples, cut into chunks
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    grated peel of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 c. low-fat milk
    confectioners sugar
    heavy cream
    maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine; add fruit and cook until softened.
    Apples take about 10 minutes.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar.
    Arrange sauteed fruit in pie plate and set aside.
