Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Cream eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla together.
Add dry ingredients; stir.
Mix in apples and nuts.
Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
