Herbed Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes, scrubbed, cut into eighths, lengthwise
1/2 c butter
4 oz parmesan cheese
4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
ground pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp thyme
2 Tbsp chives
1 c sour cream
salt to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in a large shallow baking dish.
Arrange potatoes in single layer over butter.
Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and seasonings.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Take out of oven and baste with butter.
Return to oven for 20-30 minutes till tender.
Mix chives and sour cream and serve on the side.
