Shrimp Fettuccine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. fresh shrimp
1 pkg. fresh fettuccine noodles
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (Healthy Choice fat-free)
1/2 minced onion or green onion
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 cubes margarine
1 pkg. freshly grated Parmesan
lemon pepper
parsley
salt and pepper
garlic powder
Preparation

Melt margarine, minced onion, shrimp and seasonings.
Add cream cheese, Tabasco and Parmesan cheese; melt and mix.
Heat on medium to soft boil, stirring very frequently.
Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
Boil noodles; rinse with hot water.
Mix with sauce.
Serve with salad and French bread.
