Orange Pineapple Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. margarine
pinch of salt
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1 medium can pineapple chunks

Preparation

Combine orange juice, cornstarch, margarine, brown sugar and white sugar in a saucepan.
Cook, stirring, until thickened. Arrange cooked sweet potatoes and pineapple in baking dish.
Pour sauce over them.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.
