Old Fashion Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked Hake fish
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Shape into cakes.
Bake 15 minutes to brown.
Place in broiler until golden brown.
Also, can be fried in large skillet with 2/3 cup oil.
