Pumpkin Bread(Yields 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. pumpkin (canned or fresh)
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, pumpkin and oil; beat.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Add nuts and raisins.
    Blend well.
    Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
