Butter Fried Apple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 medium apples
Preparation
    Beat Bisquick, egg and milk until smooth.
    Cut apples 1/8-inch thick.
    Dip slices in batter.
    Cook on hot griddle until golden brown.
    Serve with syrup, jelly or powdered sugar.
