Saralee'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend butter, margarine and shortening together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and continue to blend.
    Add sugar.
    In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder together.
    In measuring cup, mix milk, vanilla and lemon extract.
    Alternate adding flour mixture and milk mixture with butter mixture, ending with flour mixture.
    Keep smooth.
    Place in floured and greased tube pan and place in cold oven.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before inverting pan.
