Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef cubes
    1 can French onion soup concentrate
    1 can golden mushroom soup concentrate
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. Burgundy
    3 1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake covered tightly for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
