Anastasis Galley Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cases beef chucks and blades
    50 lb. rice
    1 case tomato puree
    10 lb. onions, chopped
    1/2 case bell peppers, cut into strips
    4 cases short cut green beans
    seasonings (lightly) *
    brown sugar to sweeten the puree
Preparation
    *Garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, caraway seed and paprika.
