Salmon With Sizzling Herbs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 salmon steaks (6 to 7 oz. each)
salt and pepper
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
3 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1/4 c. soy sauce (plus extra for serving)
Preparation

Bring some water to a boil in the bottom of a steamer. Season the fish steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the fish steaks in the top part of the steamer. Cover the pan and steam until the fish is opaque throughout, 7 to 8 minutes.
