Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. liquid smoke
    5 lb. fresh beef brisket
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 oz. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Pour liquid smoke over the beef in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with the celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Refrigerate overnight in a covered baking dish.
    Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and bake at 200\u00b0 to 225\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours, or until tender.
    Uncover and pour the barbecue sauce over the meat.
    Bake for 1 hour longer.
    Serve hot in thick slices.
