Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of nutmeg
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch in a small pan; add water gradually and stir constantly.
Bring to a boil and cook for five minutes, stirring to keep from scorching.
Remove from fire and add remaining ingredients.
Serve warm or cold.
