Hot Tuna Salad(Luncheon Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans tuna, drained (use fancy white albacore only)
1 c. mayonnaise
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed potato chips
onion to taste
Preparation

Mix soup, tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper.
Fold in egg slices.
Pile lightly into individual baking shells or a 3-quart casserole.
Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips.
Bake in very hot 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until hot.
Top with additional egg slices and parsley.
Makes 12 to 14 servings. Serve hot baking powder biscuits or hot rolls and assorted relishes.
