Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic (with oil)
    8 Serrano peppers, chopped
    1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 large can (28 oz.) tomatoes (whole), with juice
Preparation
    Place first five ingredients in blender in layers and pack down.
    Add the tomatoes and juice.
    Pulsate blender until desired consistency.
    Makes approximately 1 quart.
