Hearty Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
4 c. thinly sliced cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red apple, cut into wedges and halved
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1 1/2 c. each Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Prepare spaghetti according to directions.
In medium skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink.
Drain,
reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
Add cabbage, onion, apple and garlic. Stir-fry just until tender.
Stir in salt and sage.
Add spaghetti.
Cook and stir until hot.
Remove from heat; add cheeses and toss to mix.
Arrange on warm platter.
Garnish as desired.
Serve immediately.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Serves 4 to 6.
