Mini Chocolate Chip Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
milk
1 c. soft oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
12 oz. pkg. mini chocolate chips
powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Place vinegar in a 1 cup measure and fill with milk to the 1 cup line.
Set aside.
