Fruit-Nut Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3 oz. lime gelatin
6 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. pimento
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Heat pineapple to boiling point; add gelatin and stir to dissolve.
Chill until partially set.
Soften cream cheese; stir in pimento.
Add to gelatin mixture and blend.
Fold in whipped cream, celery and nuts.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill firm.
