Potato Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 small onion, minced
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo, divided
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Beat in cream cheese, 2 tablespoons oleo, onion, parsley and seasonings.
    Using 1/2 cup for each log, shape in 12 (4-inch) logs.
    Stir melted remaining butter or oleo into crumbs, cheese and paprika.
    Coat logs.
    Place in single layer in greased 7 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
    May be made a day ahead. Bake until puffy.
