Peppermint Schnapps - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. sugar
4 c. water
1 fifth vodka
1 oz. bottle pure peppermint extract or more

Preparation

Boil sugar and water together to thin syrup stage.
Cool.
Add vodka and peppermint extract.
Combine well to blend.
Store in bottles with tight fitting caps.
