Diabetic Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie crust (9-inch)
    14 pkg. Equal
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 tsp. Jell-O sugar-free gelatin
    1/2 tsp. salt (may omit)
    1/2 tsp. red food coloring
    1 qt. well drained strawberries
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in a saucepan.
    Boil until thick.
    Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O.
    Pour over strawberries.
    Cool slightly before putting into pie shell. Refrigerate.
