Krieger Thanksgiving Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cooked butternut squash
    1 to 2 chopped onions
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 to 4 eggs
    milk if needed
    crushed Ritz crackers for topping
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter; add eggs.
    Combine all ingredients, except crackers.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
