Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn (should be warm)
Preparation
    Melt butter; add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    After syrup starts boiling, boil for 5 minutes, without stirring.
    Remove from stove and add baking soda and vanilla. Pour syrup over popcorn, mixing well.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
