Rice And Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 c. frozen English peas, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives (black)
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package (no butter).
    Combine hot rice and all other ingredients in a bowl.
    Serve chilled.
    Serves 6 to 8.
