Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 egg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonful in deep fat fryer. Cook until golden brown.
