Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (5 oz.) jar sharp processed American cheese
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    6 oz. processed cheese food
    1 tsp. onion or lemon juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped parsley (dried)
Preparation
    Allow
    cheese and cheese food to reach room temperature. Mix well.
    Add
    juice, 1/2 parsley and 1/2 of nuts;
    mix well. Chill until
    firm
    enough
    to shape into ball, about 1/2 hour. Roll in parsley and nut mixture.
    Makes 2 big cheese balls.
