Broccoli And Noodles Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
    In a 4-quart covered saucepan, over medium heat, cook broccoli until tender.
    Drain in colander.
    In the same saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter; cook onion and garlic until tender.
    Stir in soup and tarragon. Mix well.
    Add both cheeses, stirring until melted.
    Stir in sour cream, broccoli and cooked noodles.
    Pour in a 2-quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
