Gooseberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. gooseberries
2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix and let stand 15 minutes.
Line 1 (9-inch) pie pan with crust.
Add fruit mixture and cover with top crust.
Slit several spots to let steam escape.
Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes longer.
