Texas Tornado Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. fruit cocktail and juice, liquified in blender
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. self-rising flour
    8 Tbsp. butter (1 stick)
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients at low speed.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Boil butter, brown sugar, evaporated milk and coconut for 1 minute.
    Spread over top of cake.
    Serve hot.
