Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
4 eggs
salt and pepper
6 slices bread
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. half and half
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown sausage and drain.
Add mustard. Place bread in greased Pyrex dish (do not stack bread).
Spread sausage, then cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Especially good for breakfast. May be fixed the night before and refrigerated.
Ready to cook the next morning.
