Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 small can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes; (with gas) it takes only 35 minutes.
