Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar (for each egg white)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy.
    Add sugar slowly.
    Beat until stiff.
    Spread over cooled pie, sealing edges. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
