Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (46 oz.) pineapple juice
    2 cans (12 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
    4 qt. ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients, stirring well, then chill.
    To serve, combine chilled mixture and ginger ale in a punch bowl, pouring it over a block of ice.
    Garnish with fruit slices and cherries, if desired.
    Punch can be frozen minus the ginger ale, to be added when ready to serve.
    Yield:
    2 gallons.
