Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 c. Spanish peanuts
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Stir together the sugar and syrup and cook in microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Add peanuts and put in microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes, until light brown.
    Take out of microwave and stir in oleo and vanilla.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Add baking soda.
    Stir quickly and pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
