Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini squash, cubed
1 1/2 c. stuffing mix
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 carrot, grated
1 medium onion, diced small
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed small
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook cubed zucchini with skin on in salted water until soft, about 7 minutes. Drain well.
