Ingredients

1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/3 c. peanut or corn oil
2 Tbsp. snipped dill
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; whisk until blended.
This is very good on salmon.
Serve chilled.
Yields 3/4 cup.
