Chinese Sweet-Sour Ribs - cooking recipe

spareribs
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. onion slices
1/3 c. green pepper strips
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
Preparation

Boil spareribs until tender.
Drain; place in skillet.
Mix together next 6 ingredients; pour over ribs.
Cook until thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; cook 5 minutes longer.
Serve over hot bed of rice.
