Turkey Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. onion
    2 c. diced turkey or chicken
    2 1/4 c. chicken broth or part milk and broth
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 can mushroom soup
    6 oz. pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice mix
    4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    2 oz. diced pimento, undrained
    2 1/4 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except almonds.
    Pour into oiled baking dish and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and stir well.
    Sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until rice is tender.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
