Baked Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
8 boneless chicken breast halves
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. cooked noodles
salt & pepper
Preparation

Poach chicken and cut into cubes. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Add wine and lemon juice. Cook until liquid evaporates. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mushrooms, soup and sour cream. Add noodles and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
