Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen bread dough
    1 large pkg. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    3/4 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Thaw frozen bread dough overnight.
    Prick and fry sausage with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Place bread dough on floured board and roll out.
    Sprinkle sausage over dough.
    Sprinkle cheese last.
    Roll and secure toothpick.
    Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
    Place on cookie sheet and cook until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
