Great-Grandma'S Soda Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
12 crumbled soda crackers
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff.
Stir in sugar, nuts, crackers and vanilla.
Pour in greased pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Serve with fresh fruit. (Enough batter to fill 1 pie pan.)
