World'S Best Summer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 C. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 C. non-fat sour cream
    1/2 C. chopped artichoke hearts
    1/3 C. chopped roasted red peppers
    1 minced garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil OR 1 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. each oregano and salt
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for one hour to blend flavors. Serve with crackers and crudities. Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
